LIL NAS X UNLOADS HIS YOUNG THUG & MASON RAMSEY-ASSISTED REMIX OF "OLD TOWN ROAD"

Lil Nas X is taking another ride down to the country rap smash hit "Old Town Road." Young Thug & ‘Yodeling Walmart Boy’ Mason Ramsey saddled up to Billy Ray Cyrus’ remix of the song.

The basis of the song remains the same with verses from Lil Nas X and Billy Ray Cyrus.

"Maserati ridin', got a V12 for my bride (Skrrt)/Foggy rocky road, got a three-wheeler inside (Ayy)," Thug rhymes. "All I wanna do is take a pill, catch a chill vibe/Real prince, I'm realer than the real don." Thugger adds on the third verse.

Ramsey, on the other hand, adorably brings up the rear with new bars. "Hop up in my RZR, got a thousand acres/Right up on the cows where they pray that it don't faze her/I-O, I-O, yippee-yo ka-yay/If you ain't got no giddy up then giddy out my way."

Lil Nas X credited Young Thug for helping pioneer country-trap in an interview.

“The song is country trap. It’s not one, it’s not the other. It’s both. It should be on both [charts],” Nas X said of "Old Town Road" in the interview. “I believe whenever you’re trying something new, it’s always going to get some kind of bad reception. For example, when rap started, or when rock and roll began. But with country trap, I in no way want to take credit for that. I believe Young Thug would be one of the biggest pioneers in that.”
